Dr. Ansari Sarwar Alam had a brilliant academic career, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a master's degree in Management Studies with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Subsequently, he was awarded with a Doctor of Philosophy ( PhD) from Aligarh Muslim University. Prior to joining UBS, Dr. Ansari worked as an Assistant Professor in Management Studies at B.S. Abdur Rehman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology in Chennai.

Scholarly pursuits of Dr Ansari are reflected through his plethora of published research papers be it on retail investors attitude, issues on renewable energy-based products on the economy of UP and the standard life of its residents and on areas of rural women empowerment. Incidentally, Dr Ansari’s areas of research interest lies in Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategies, Anthropological Marketing and Societal Marketing. Furthermore, he has supervised the master's dissertation of many MBA students on different topics of Management studies.

Dr Ansari has made several paper presentations in various international, national, and regional forums and it’s a matter of pride to share that in an international conference his research paper was conferred as the best paper of the conference. Besides, Dr Ansari has received several accolades and certifications and is credited for participating in several online FDPs, workshops and webinars. It is worth mentioning that in his previous assignment together with teaching , Dr Ansari could wear the multiple hats as a proctor, alumni coordinator , an integral member of IQAC TEAM and an online learning program Coordinator.
