Inderpal Singh has been a sales and marketing professional and a successful entrepreneur with more than twenty years of having held leadership roles in reputed organizations like Lotte, Wrigley India, Best Foods International and Heinz.
He has a passion for training and has also been a successful trainer for soft skills and sales training modules. He has conducted training programs for middle-level managers of reputed FMCG and durables organizations.
Having completed an MDP in Retail Management at IIM-Ahmedabad and another one in Case Writing and Teaching from ISB, Mohali, he has been using the case study methodology in his training programs and areas of interaction with budding Student Managers.
His passion for mentoring and teaching budding managers led him to hold leadership positions in reputed B-schools in Pune and Mumbai. Inderpal was a part of the founding team at of one of the fastest growing B-Schools in Pune which came to be recognized as one of the best B-Schools in the region and most parts of the country.
He strongly believes in guiding students to become budding managers through making them realize their individual potential and work on their strengths to achieve the best for themselves in their respective career paths.
He has successfully guided young managers and currently mentors quite a few of his prodigies who have reached senior management levels in large organizations.
In his entrepreneurial journey, he has successfully built up a recruitment and training company and has been instrumental in coaching and mentoring some of his students who themselves have built successful entrepreneurial ventures.
