A Graduate from Mumbai University who has held Leadership Positions in a variety of Industries namely in Financial Services, Car Rental, Aviation, Corporate Strategy, Learning and Development.

In my 37 years of experience I have been exposed to multiple functions like Sales & Marketing, Channel Distribution, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, New product Development, Corporate Training, Mentoring, Coaching and Consulting. In the last 8 years I have been actively focusing on Training in the Education and Corporate Verticals. As part of Jobs for Youth conducted over 250 ,600 and 550 man days of training in the Year 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively across Banks and NBFCs that include content development, delivery and assessments.

In UBS I will lead the Management development Program Vertical and be responsible for Go to Market Strategy, Content Development, Planning and Delivery.
