Mr. Sahil Nayyar has worked as a Senior Associate Director in KPMG. His key areas are- Strategic Partner to the business, Promoter of Talent and Technology Behavioural Scientist, Design Thinker and Human Storyteller and Writer. He is a Visiting Faculty in IIMs and IITs specializing in the broad domains of HR, Marketing, Branding and MarCom. Mr. Nayyar says - From being a Certified NLP, MBTI and Design Thinking Practitioner to taking the time out to listening in to the junior most colleagues on the team, it's a wonderful responsibility leading the People Function for the Delivery Center at KPMG in India. Working closely with the Firm's Leadership to drive #NextGen practices is deeply embedded in our #Junoon, #Jasba and #Josh.
