Has worked in companies like HUL, Airtel, Euronet, Aircel, Citrus Pay, and RP tech ltd has managed annual turnovers in upwards of 1800Cr, nationally. Currently, he is Vice President managing India Sales and distribution for Servify India business. Teaching young minds in India is a payback to society for Dr. Sourabh. With molding students as future leaders in UBS, Dr. Sourabh is also associated with setting the syllabus for consumer behaviour for MA II year - advertising and mass media curriculum with Mumbai University, Actively involved in guiding students of SK Somaiya College Mumbai and IMR Jalgaon.
