Change in Program after commencement
Students who have applied for a particular program and the program has duly commenced, then the student cannot change the program without the prior approval of Universal Business School (UBS). UBS has the complete irrevocable right to grant or not to grant the approval at its sole discretion. If a change is agreed by UBS, then there can be financial obligations which the student would have to bear.
The financial obligations would change depending on cost of the program at the prevailing date. For Example: If a student has applied for Cardiff Met BABS 3 years and the Tuition Fee in the Offer Letter is Rs.3.68 lacs/year. IF the transfer is approved by UBS and the student wants to leave at the end of Year 2 and the Tuition Fee for the prevailing Year for BABMS is Rs.4 lacs/year. The financial obligation for the student will be Rs.4 lacs payable to UBS, besides the payment for Tuition Fee to be paid directly to Cardiff Met.
