Manager - Corporate Relations

Minimum 5 years of experience in working in Corporate Relations & Placements for a reputed Business School. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Having Relationships with HR Heads / Talent Acquisition Heads / Recruitment Heads / Campus Placement Heads in leading Indian companies & Multinationals. 
  • Having extensive Relationships with HR Networks like NHRD etc. 
  • Ability to present entire UBS proposition to the HR fraternity. 
  • Having built extensive relationships with Recruitment Consultants across North India. 
  • Create a healthy pipeline of companies and meet them every day to build relationships and gather hiring opportunities and continuously attract companies for Campus Placements. 
  • Ability to make lateral placements for Experienced Candidates
  • Ability to attract new companies to Campus. 
  • Achieve Placement and Average Salary targets mutually set.
  • To charter and implement innovative and creative strategies, in line with the business objectives of the Company in order to meet targets
  • Benchmark the UBS placements with other reputed B-Schools and make UBS a well-established brand in North India.    
  • Ability to counsel UBS students to get them placed with the right job fitment which meets their aspirational needs and company requirements.
  • Ability to train UBS students to competent levels to maximise placement opportunity conversion.
