Job Description :

  1. As Faculty for the Marketing/HR/Finance/Operations function, you will keep yourself fully immersed in terms of breadth and depth of knowledge in the subjects taught and develop a repertoire of Case Studies / Video Clips to support your teaching of between 12-15 hours per week for the PG/UG programs. 
  2. Employ innovative experiential learning tools and immersive learning tools to ensure the highest levels of student engagement and satisfaction. 
  3. You will be required to develop the Module Descriptor including session Plans, Slide presentations, of the Module you are teaching in sync with our Global University partners and upload this on the LMS.
  4. You will design the Assessments in sync with global best practices and complete all assessments in a timely manner.
  5. You will need to complete the complete course files at the end of the Term with Attainment levels of Program & Course Outcomes in line with Indian & International accreditation standards of NBA & AACSB.
  6. You will Mentor 15 students every week and be responsible for their overall performance in terms of skills and competencies developed in line with Industry standards improving their attractiveness for Industry.
  7. You will publish 4 Research papers/Case Studies of high quality every year in leading Indian & International journals.
  8. You will participate in Industry Forums as a Thought Leader to build Brand UBS.
  9. You will serve as Club Patron of one of the Leadership Development Clubs and guide students.
  10. You will be supporting the Selection of high quality students by conducting intensive interviews of incoming students for Admission to UBS.

  • Having Relationships with HR Heads / Talent Acquisition Heads / Recruitment Heads / Campus Placement Heads in leading Indian companies & Multinationals. 
  • Having extensive Relationships with HR Networks like NHRD etc. 
  • Ability to present entire UBS proposition to the HR fraternity. 
  • Having built extensive relationships with Recruitment Consultants across North India. 
  • Create a healthy pipeline of companies and meet them every day to build relationships and gather hiring opportunities and continuously attract companies for Campus Placements. 
  • Ability to make lateral placements for Experienced Candidates
  • Ability to attract new companies to Campus. 
  • Achieve Placement and Average Salary targets mutually set.
  • To charter and implement innovative and creative strategies, in line with the business objectives of the Company in order to meet targets
  • Benchmark the UBS placements with other reputed B-Schools and make UBS a well-established brand in North India.    
  • Ability to counsel UBS students to get them placed with the right job fitment which meets their aspirational needs and company requirements.
  • Ability to train UBS students to competent levels to maximise placement opportunity conversion.

Work Experience

Education:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream of specialization including liberal arts. \

Job Description:

The Candidate is expected to demonstrate reasonable amount of skills and maturity in the following: 
• Calling up and counselling prospective students about UBS and its program offerings through database and use of ERP

• Make calls and follow up on calls /work on lead generation as per assigned targets

• Providing information to parents of prospective students at various platforms like school fairs, school presentations, education fairs, campus walk-ins  etc 

• Working towards individual form sales and admission targets • Managing on campus activities like campus visit, workshops etc 

Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
